HOW DO I RENT THE SHORT-LETS?

If you click "View" on the property you are interested in, it will take you straight to Airbnb where you can submit a reservation request.

HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?

We do not charge tenants any fees. What we make on top of the asking is our profit.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

Yes, we have a tenancy agreement which has to be signed by both parties after all details have been agreed on. Just for the peace of mind of all parties involved.

ARE ALL BILLS INCLUDED IN THE RENT?

Yes, the monthly total we present to you is final.

WHAT CONTRACT LENGTHS DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE?

Long lets start from 3 months. Short lets from as little as a night. Do let us know what you require and we will do our best to accommodate you.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DEPOSIT AFTER I HAND IT OVER?

Your deposit is protected by TDS (Tenancy Deposit Scheme). We are also a member of Money Shield, Maltings Insurance, and The Property Ombudsman. Rest assured your whole tenancy is in safe hands.
