Depending on what's needed, your spare room will be painted a neutral colour and furnished with stand-alone furniture to minimise hole drillings. We aim to give your property a fresh and welcoming feel for tenants.

The managed room and communal areas will be professionally cleaned by a third-party cleaning company before and after tenancies.

To ensure that the room is occupied at all times, we will advertise across multiple platforms to generate a mixture of short and mid/long term tenancies so that you will have a steady passive income.

All of the above are at no cost to the Landlord.
